So you're ready to judge an event at Fire & Ice.

Below is a form to submit your event. There is a limit to the number of game events that may be registered each 2 hour time slot.   You may be contacted with a suggestion for an alternate time slot for your event.   If there are any other questions regarding your game submission you will be contacted to clarify.

"What's in it for ME?"

Well, other than the satisfaction of sharing your favorite games with fellow gamers, you will also receive a reimbursement of your admission price for the con.  

For the 2008 convention, we're introducing a NEW "double credit" program for early event registration. IF you register your game event before November 10th, 2007, you will receive a $2 reimbursement for every hour your event runs.  

IF you register your game event AFTER November 10th, but before January 23rd, 2008, you will receive a $1 reimbursement for every hour your event runs.   For example, if you submit an early registration for events that run from 11-1 and 7-9 on Saturday, your total reimbursement will be $8.00!!   That's almost the whole cost of admission for the day!

(Game events must be attended by at least 2 players in addition to the game judge to qualify for a reimbursement)

Judges must pay full admission at the registration desk and will be reimbursed for the events they ran each day.   Attendance for an event will be recorded 30 minutes after the start time of each event to verify the event qualifies for a reimbursement. Reimbursement will never exceed the price paid for admission.

"So what are you waiting for?!"  Go on and register to run an event NOW!!   Look at it this way....if you're going to attend FIRE & ICE 2008, why not show everyone some of your cool games and get some credit for doing it?
